We are delighted to announce that HRH Princess Katarina of Yugoslavia & Serbia, Lady de Silva has agreed to be Patron and Ambassador to ROARing Voices.
A noted philanthropist, she lives and works in the community, has an extraordinary connection with people and is passionate about the environment.
Born in London to Prince Tomislav of Yugoslavia and Princess Margarita of Baden, Princess Katarina was educated in England. Married to Sir Desmond de Silva QC, KStJ, she was widowed in 2018.
Amongst many ventures, she is President of the Guild of Travel & Tourism and Ambassador for Birmingham Youth Sports Academy, helping to get children off the streets and playing sport. She is also Patron for ARNI rehabilitation for Neurological Injury (rehabilitation and care for after stroke victims); Ambassador for English Schools Orchestras; and Ambassador for children and photography in Kensington and Chelsea.
In addition, Katarina is also Ambassador for Football for Peace, Ambassador for League of Mercy, and Ambassador for World Forum of Smart Cities.
